Welcome to EMEA2025: Workshop on Ion Exchange Membranes for Energy Applications

23 – 25 June 2025 in Bad Zwischenahn/Germany

At a great workshop last year, 78 Participants from 24 nations had the opportunity to experience many interesting talks and poster presentations. We are therefore delighted to announce the EMEA Workshop 2025.

Material developments and ion exchange membrane-based systems for energy applications will be discussed by representatives from research and industry with the focus set on anion exchange membranes. This year you will also have the opportunity to connect with other participants in an open networking session.

In addition to invited and contributed talks a poster exhibition offers scientists and especially young researchers and students the opportunity to present their work. A price for the best poster will be awarded.

An opening presentation followed by a Get-together and the conference dinner will provide additional opportunities for lively scientific exchange in a familiar atmosphere.

Also this year, the EMEA organisation team was able to attract top-class speakers from the field of alkaline ion exchange membranes for energy applications.
